Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of my handmade items, I do not accept returns.  However, please contact me right away should any issues arise with your order or items received.

For cancellations:  Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.  This is required, because I try my best to prepare and ship out orders very quickly.  If you do not contact me within 1 day to request cancellation, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already been shipped out to you.
